“Parent 1 said this provider was recommended by her child’s psychologist and the intro call was great. Parent 2 said their experience was unimpressive: not structured, no baseline assessment, tutor left and did not respond, and replacement cancelled. Parent 3 also said they did not have good experiences and did not think the provider screens or trains tutors well.
Parent 4 says the family previously used Franklin Educational Services and notes that in-home services were available. The parent did not add a qualitative review in this exchange.
